At Quickboards, we are committed to complying with all applicable export control laws and regulations of the United States and other jurisdictions where we do business. This policy outlines our approach to ensuring compliance with these laws and regulations.

1. Compliance with Export Laws

Quickboards products, including hardware, software, and technology, may be subject to U.S. export control laws, including but not limited to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce and regulations enforced by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

2. Prohibited Destinations and Restricted Parties

Quickboards does not sell, ship, or provide access to our products and technology to individuals or entities in countries subject to U.S. trade embargoes or sanctions, including but not limited to:

  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Syria
  • Russia
  • Any other country or region under comprehensive U.S. government sanctions

Additionally, Quickboards does not conduct business with individuals or entities listed on U.S. government restricted party lists, including the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List, the Entity List, and the Denied Persons List.

3. End-Use Restrictions

Quickboards products may not be used for:

  • The development, production, or use of nuclear, biological, or chemical weapons
  • Military or defense-related applications
  • Any purpose prohibited by U.S. export regulations

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers purchasing Quickboards products agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations. Customers must not resell, transfer, or export Quickboards products in violation of these laws.

Quickboards has implemented internal controls to ensure compliance, including:

  • Screening of customers and transactions against restricted party lists
  • Requiring end-user certifications where necessary
  • Providing employee training on export compliance
