Welcome to Quickboards! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using Quickboards.org (“Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

QuickBoards provides modular hardware building blocks and reference designs intended to streamline electronics prototyping and product development. These Terms apply to all users of the site and services, including customers, contributors, and visitors. By accessing or using any part of the site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

3. Ordering and Payment
QuickBoards offers products for purchase through our website. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be made at the time of order placement.
Accepted payment methods include:

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We offer domestic and international shipping through selected carriers. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
You are responsible for:
- Providing a correct and complete shipping address
- Receiving the shipment at the provided address
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. In the event of shipping issues, contact us for assistance; however, we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party carriers.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
You may return eligible products within 30 days of receipt if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was shipped in error or is defective.
Exchanges are processed as a return and repurchase.
6. Non-Cancelable and Non-Returnable (NCNR) Items
Items marked as NCNR include:
- Custom QuickBoards
- Special orders
- Bulk quantities
- Certain electronic components with limited shelf life
These items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once the order is confirmed. Please review product details carefully before purchase.
7. Product Warranty
We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of delivery.
Warranty does not cover:
- Products modified, altered, or misused
- Damage due to improper installation
- Normal wear and tear
To file a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue. If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.
8. Disclaimer on Use of Reference Designs and Example Firmware
QuickBoards provides hardware reference designs and example firmware to assist users in prototyping, educational activities, and accelerating product development. These materials are offered “as-is,” with no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Reference designs and example firmware are:
- Not certified for production use
- Not tested for compliance with industry-specific standards
- Provided without guarantee of functionality in any specific application
Users are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any design or firmware for their application. We strongly advise thorough testing and independent certification before use in any critical or commercial product.
QuickBoards disclaims liability for damages resulting from use or reliance on reference designs and firmware.
9. Limitation of Liability
QuickBoards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Use or inability to use the products or services
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
- Statements or conduct of any third party on the site
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
10. User Conduct and Community Guidelines
By using our services, you agree not to:
